How it works
- 1Each analyst gathers thematic intelligence from open sources, ECOWARN, LERN, partner MACs and field reports.
- 2Analysts convene at the Situation Room on Monday, Wednesday and Friday to share data and conduct joint situation analysis.
- 3When an issue is prevalent or escalating, an alert is issued to the requisite Ministry, Agency or Commission (MAC).
- 4Reports are prepared for the Board of Directors and shared with relevant institutions of government to drive response action.

Data sources include ECOWARN, open sources, national early warning alert systems and the LERN platform, among others.
